Exactly what I ordered arrived quickly and well packaged

I ordered 2 jumpers and a pair of shoes on Curvissa. Only got the jumpers and cannot find any details of my order on my account to query it. I was only charged for the jumpers but there was a discount on the shoes and obviously I would’ve only had one lot of delivery to pay. The jumpers are gorgeous it I’m a little puzzled by this.

Very fast delivery, well packed, return label included which many forget. Items true to size and good quality and a great size range too. I will be using them a lot more.

I have never ordered from Grattan before - & will not be doing so again. The item I ordered arrived verry inadequately packed & as a result was broken. When reported to Customer Services they just told me it would be collected by Hermes - without explaining that I should complete a return to obtain a bar code. Since I had no knowlege af any such procedure - consequently the collection failed - and was arranged for today - no such collection materialised. I was also informed by customer services that any replacement would take another ten days to reach me . This was very disappointing as this was intended as a gift for a newly arrived baby. I would not recommend Grattan to anyone.

Swimwear365 had such a large number of different brands to choose from, you couldn't fail to find something you loved. I'll use them every time I need new swim wear. Fast delivery and great service.

I ordered a selection of lovely clothes and most of the items arrived the next day. For those items still to come, they kept me completely up to speed as to when I should expect them and they didn't disappoint. Great service.
